I use Sera in my Rogue Artificer Inquisitor team. I focus on getting constant shots and crits from her. She gets Long Shot+, Explosive Shot+, passives ->pincushion. I give her sneak attack. I take the right side Tempest powers Flask of Fire+ and Flask of Lightning+. I also give her stealth->mercy killing. This is a mid to late game build which slightly modifies the basic archer build, in addition to taking the Tempest specialization skills.
